MOZLYT (also known in the past as Mozlyt Health) is a wellness, fitness, beauty, fashion and food brand based in Accra, Ghana. This page explains what information we collect on mozlyt.com, why we collect it, and your choices. We handle personal data in line with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

What we collect

• Booking and order details: your name, phone number, email, address or area, and what you booked or ordered.
• Account details: if you open an account (customer, shop owner, or service provider), your name, email, phone and the information you give us to run your account.
• Applications: details you send when you apply to take a career, a skill or work with us.
• Payments: when you pay online, the payment is handled by Paystack. We receive confirmation, the amount and a payment reference. We do not see or store your card number, mobile money PIN or card PIN.
• Technical data: basic device and browser information and cookies or local storage that keep the site fast and remember your settings.

How we use it

• To confirm and deliver bookings, orders and services.
• To run accounts, subscriptions and training.
• To send you messages about what you asked for, such as confirmations, receipts, reminders and tips for your shop.
• To keep the site safe and to improve it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with people who need it to serve you: the service provider or seller handling your booking or order, and the companies that run our site: Supabase (database and sign-in), Resend (email), Paystack (payments) and GitHub Pages (website hosting). They may process data outside Ghana. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting duties. You can ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving marketing messages. Contact us using the details below.

Security

We use secure connections and access controls. No online system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private.

Children

MOZLYT is not meant for children under 18 to use without a parent or guardian.

We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
