Home services in Accra

Our providers come to the address you give us. Please be ready at the booked time and share clear directions.

• Cancel or reschedule: tell us at least 3 hours before the booked time through WhatsApp 053 872 9743 or email, and there is no charge.
• Late cancellation or no-show: we may charge the travel cost already spent.
• If we cannot come: we will tell you, offer a new time, or refund anything you paid in advance.

Product delivery

• We deliver products across Ghana and to other countries in Africa. We work with logistics partners to get your order to you.
• In Accra and nearby areas, most orders arrive within 1 to 3 days after we confirm them. For other regions of Ghana and other African countries, delivery takes longer, and we tell you the time and the delivery fee before you pay.
• Delivery fees depend on the product and where it is going, and are confirmed before you pay.
• You can also arrange pickup in Accra where the seller allows it.
• Please check your order when it arrives and tell us the same day if anything is wrong. For orders outside Ghana, customs duties or import charges (if any) are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns and exchanges

• Tell us within 48 hours of receiving a product if it is damaged, wrong or not as described.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene, we cannot take back opened skincare, beauty or food items, unless they are faulty.
• We will offer a replacement, an exchange or a refund.

Refunds

• Approved refunds go back to the way you paid (mobile money or card) within 7 working days.
• Services already delivered are not refundable, but if you were not satisfied, tell us and we will make it right.
• Shop plans and training fees: if you were charged by mistake or twice, contact us and we will refund the extra payment.

How to start a return or refund
