These terms apply when you use mozlyt.com and the services, shops and programmes run by MOZLYT in Ghana. By booking, ordering or opening an account you agree to them.

Who we are

MOZLYT (formerly trading as Mozlyt Health) is based in Accra, Ghana. Email info@mozlyt.com, WhatsApp 053 872 9743.

Bookings and services

• A booking is confirmed when we confirm it to you by call, WhatsApp or email.
• Please give an accurate address and phone number and be available at the booked time.
• Wellness services are not medical treatment. Tell the provider about any health condition before the service.
• Cancellations and changes: please tell us as early as you can. See Delivery & Returns.

Shop and orders

Products on the MOZLYT shop are sold by MOZLYT or by independent shop owners on our platform. Prices are in Ghana cedis (GHS). We try to keep descriptions, photos and stock accurate, but errors can happen; if one does, we will contact you before going ahead.

Payments

You can pay through the online checkout (mobile money or card, handled by Paystack) or as agreed with us. A payment is final once confirmed, subject to our refund rules in Delivery & Returns.

Accounts, shops and skills

• Shop plans and training fees are paid in advance for the period shown at checkout. Free trials end on the date shown unless you subscribe.
• Shop owners and providers are responsible for the accuracy of what they list and for the quality of what they sell or deliver, and must follow the law.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misleads customers or harms others.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break into it, post false or illegal content, or use it to harass others.

Our responsibility

We take care in what we offer, but to the extent the law allows, MOZLYT is not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays caused by things outside our control such as traffic, weather or network problems. Nothing here limits your rights under Ghanaian consumer law.

We may update these terms and will show the date above. They are governed by the laws of Ghana.
