MOZEating Well in Rwanda: Nutrition Consultation and Meal Plans
Eating well in Rwanda does not mean abandoning the food you love. It means looking at portions, balance and habits, and building a plan from ingredients you can find at the market.
Nutrition consultation
A nutrition consultation is a conversation about your eating, your goals and your habits with a nutrition adviser. It can be in person or by call. You leave knowing what to keep, what to change and what to try first.
Personalised meal plan
A meal plan is a weekly eating plan made for you, using food you can find locally. It is delivered by WhatsApp or PDF, so it is easy to keep on your phone and take shopping.
Simple habits that help
- Build most meals around vegetables, a protein and a sensible portion of your usual starch.
- Plan your week before you shop, so you buy what you need and waste less.
- Drink water through the day and go easy on sugary drinks.
- Prepare a few meals ahead on a quiet day so busy days do not end in fast food.
Too busy to cook?
MOZLYT also offers meal prep: fresh, healthy meals prepared for your week and delivered. Ask us about it on WhatsApp.
What to tell us when you message
Share your goal, any foods you avoid or cannot eat, and how many meals you usually have in a day. The more we know, the more useful the plan.
This is general guidance, not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, allergies or take medication, check with your doctor before changing your diet.
