MOZMassage at Home in Gitega: What to Expect and How to Book
Busy days in Gitega mean tight shoulders, a stiff neck and little time to sit in traffic for an appointment. A home or office massage solves the second problem: the therapist comes to you.
The three massage services MOZLYT offers
- Shiatsu massage (home visit): a pressure-point massage that originates from Japan, used to ease pain, tension and stress.
- Chair massage (home or office): a seated neck, back and shoulder massage that fits into a busy day.
- Office wellness session (on site): chair massage for your whole team at your workplace.
What a session is like
You do not need any special equipment at home. For Shiatsu, set aside a quiet space where you can lie comfortably. For chair massage, you stay seated and clothed, so it works in a living room or an office corner. Tell the therapist about any areas that hurt, anything you want avoided and how firm you like the pressure.
How to prepare
- Eat lightly beforehand rather than straight after a big meal.
- Drink water before and after the session.
- Tell us about injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions when you book, so the right approach is used.
- Keep the room quiet and warm, and silence your phone.
Who it suits
People who sit long hours at a desk or behind a wheel, people who train regularly, and anyone who simply wants to switch off for an hour. Teams benefit too: a short chair massage in the middle of the working week is a simple way to look after staff.
